The Pixel Pantry Newsletter

One email a week. Frameworks I am using to deploy AI in a real business, written for people who are doing the same.

What you get

Every issue is one specific thing I have learned, tested, or built that week, written long enough to be useful and short enough to read in five minutes.

Recent topics in development:

  • How I evaluated 36 AI tools and deployed one
  • The talent stack exercise I ran on myself and how to run yours
  • What a $250-per-day API bill taught me about local inference economics
  • Why most B2B SaaS tools fail at adoption and what to build instead
  • The three modes of AI use most businesses confuse

No AI hype. No sponsored placements. No recycled Twitter threads. No upsells to a course. Just one founder's working notes on AI in a real business, written every week.

Who it is for

If you run a business with real teams and real customers, and you are trying to figure out how AI actually fits into your operation without burning six months on the wrong tools, this is for you.

If you are earlier or later than that, you are welcome anyway. The frameworks travel.

The promise

I write the newsletter myself, by hand, every week. No AI ghostwriting. The whole point of the channel is honesty about what AI is and is not ready to do, and if I outsourced the writing to AI, the whole project would be a fraud.

When I do use AI as a thinking partner during research, I will say so.
